Burnsini Vineyards sits in Cottonwood, where Petite Sirah, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon are handcrafted and sustainably produced onsite from grape to glass. The portfolio spans the 2019 Petite Sirah, 2018 Reserve Merlot, 2021 Rosé of Sangiovese, and 2022 Pet Nat. The tasting room at 19535 Hammers Ln welcomes visitors without reservation. Winter hours run Fridays 3–7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12–5pm. Summer hours are Friday 3–7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12–5pm. Wine club members receive four bottles in each seasonal release, a 20% discount on tasting room purchases, four complimentary tastings per visit at both the vineyard and downtown Redding locations, and 10% off bookings at the Log Cabin Airbnb on the property.
