About Absolution Cellars Wine Company, Inc.
Absolution Cellars makes over 20 different varieties each year, working with single vineyards to craft limited-production wines by hand. Based in Paso Robles, the house operates a Waterside Tasting Lounge on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay, open Noon-6pm Wednesday through Monday. A Wine Club offers mixed wines, reds only, or whites only. Dogs are welcome on patios when leashed.

Rare & Reserve Tasting
In-depth sit-down tasting of 6 wines featuring education about grapes, vineyards, regions, history, and label art. Includes wines from Absolution Archive and Reserve collection.
Sip & Shuck – Oysters & Wine Flight
6 fresh oysters with mignonettes paired with a tasting flight of 3 wines.
Make & Take – Woven Mini Bowl
Hand weaving workshop led by instructors, includes materials and a glass of wine.
Book Club
Monthly book club meeting with wine pairings, includes book and wine bottle subscription options.
