A. Nonini Winery has operated in Fresno since 1936, through four generations of the Nonini family. James Jordan serves as winemaker, general manager, and vineyard manager. The cellar holds 135,000 gallons in redwood aging tanks dating to 1936. A 1941 Garolla grape crusher from Italy remains in use. The winery ages with minimal preservatives and bottles each varietal at 100% of the grape designated on the label. The tasting room opens Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
