Fresno State Vineyards opened in 1997 as the first commercially bonded winery on a university campus in the nation. Every bottle is student-made, and the winery operates as a fully functioning business providing real-world experience for students. The portfolio spans Chardonnay, Muscat Canelli, and Pinot Gris, with recent releases including Santa Maria Chardonnay, Muscat Canelli Late Harvest, Pinot Gris, and Graduate's Reserve. Visit the tasting room at 2360 E. Barstow Ave., or the Wine Cellar inside the Rue and Gwen Gibson Farm Market at 5368 N. Chestnut Ave. Vineyard tours and food are available.
