About Weingut Bäcker
Weingut Bäcker was founded in 1990 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler as the first winery in the Ahr region to convert to organic viticulture that same year. The house manages 2.5 hectares and holds membership in ECOVIN, the German organic wine association. The program centers on Spätburgunder, Regent, Riesling, and Portugieser. All wines are vegan-suitable, made without animal proteins. Beyond still wines, the cellar produces Sekt and grape juice. A tasting room is available.
