Weingut Kublin began in 1992 in Königschaffhausen, an area of Endingen. Petra, Wolfram, and Sebastian Kublin oversee a portfolio of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muskateller, Müller Thurgau, Merlot, and Syrah. Part of the vineyard operates herbicide-free. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation guides the cellar work. The tasting room, Probierstüble, is managed by Vera.
