Weingut Friedrich has worked 9 hectares at the foot of Hambacher Schloss since 1840. The program centers on Riesling, Dornfelder, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, Kerner, and Weißburgunder. Environmentally sustainable viticulture began in 1994, formalized through organic certification in August 2017. The city of Neustadt awarded the house its Ehrenpreis in recognition of this work. A tasting room is available.
