Founded in 1959 in Neustadt-Hambach, the winery takes its name from the Hambacher Kaiserstuhl, a former vineyard location. Marc Nickel leads the program today, working with Riesling, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Regent, Gelber Muskateller, and Burgundersorten. The cellar draws from estate harvest and supplements with additional varieties each autumn. Environmentally sustainable methods guide the vineyard work. The house offers wine tastings, wine walks, and Spießbratenabend events.
