Markus Molitor established his winery in Bernkastel-Kues in 1984. The work centers on meticulous manual labor, selective harvesting, and respect for grape and terroir, with a renunciation of standardizing aids. The portfolio spans Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and Chardonnay, with notable Pinot Noirs from Brauneberger Klostergarten, Graacher Himmelreich, and Einstern, plus a rosé from Haus Klosterberg. The Rieslings include Ürziger Würzgarten Kabinett and Bernkasteler Badstube Auslese. The tasting room at Klosterberg House offers more than 40 wines from the program.
