The winery itself was founded in 2015, the year it transitioned to organic viticulture and earned biozertifiziert status. Fifteen hectares of vineyard are managed across the region. The program practices selective hand-harvesting of grapes. The program holds membership in ECOVIN, the German association for organic viticulture. The Gewürztraminer brut has drawn recognition, including the VINUM Deutscher Sekte Award and 88 points in the Meininger Deutscher Sekt Award 2026. A tasting room and food service are available.
