Five centuries of winemaking in the Singer family, formalized as Weingut Singer-Bader und Weinkorb Vinothek in 1980. Barbara Singer and Julian Singer work organically across Trollinger, Syrah, and Cabernet from Kernen-Stetten. The portfolio includes the Magnum Rot Syrah trocken 2018 and Korber Cabernet Rotweincuvée trocken 2020, alongside the Trollisecco Perlwein. The Vinothek is located at Rosenstr. 1 in Korb, open Wednesday through Friday afternoons from 15 to 18 hours. From April through September, picnic baskets are available.
