Bioweingut Doreas works organically across Grunbacher Klingle and Grunbacher Berghalde, two vineyard sites in Remshalden-Grunbach. The vineyards are managed according to strict ECOVIN guidelines. Some vines are over 40 years old. BALLADE-Weine are fresh, sparkling, light everyday companions. Lagenweine come from the best individual sites, made from fully ripe healthy grapes and mostly aged dry in Barrique with significantly reduced yields. Schillerwein Sekt Brut is a traditional bottle fermentation of Trollinger and Riesling. The house also produces distillates in-house, including REMSTAL-FEUER-Likör, made from Remstäler summer fruits.
