About

Weingut Hammel has been in the same family for nine generations since 1723 in Kirchheim an der Weinstraße, a wine-growing community with 1200 years of history. The vineyards are located around the village core. A traditional Buntsandstein cellar holds the work. The house produces rosé wines, including a wine called Blaue Stunde. The program has competed in the Frankfurt International Trophy and Meininger's International Rosé Award.
