About Weingut Zur Schwane
Volkach, Franken. Weingut Zur Schwane was founded in 1424. Ralph Düker and Eva Pfaff-Düker own the estate. Christian Kallisch manages the winery. Stefan Ott leads the cellar. The operation is a VDP member and includes a distillery and a greenhouse cultivating twenty-five tomato varieties alongside beans, melons, physalis, and other produce. A tasting room is available. Food is served on-site.
