Ron and Rebecca Joyce, both retired from military service, run 40 acres in Miltona with 8 dedicated to vineyard. The program plants 16 cold hardy grape varieties, more than half developed by the University of Minnesota. Every wine uses 100% Minnesota grown grapes. G.I. Joe draws from Frontenac, a Minnesota release from 1995. Keeley Lime sources limes from a family grove in Southern California.
