About

Ninety-five acres overlooking Burr Lake, twelve miles from Alexandria. Burr Vineyards is family owned and operated, with four acres of vineyard planted to cold-hardy hybrid grapes grown on site. The program produces only a few thousand bottles a year, making it one of the smallest wineries in Minnesota. The cellar hosts a wood-fired oven at 850 degrees where sourdough pizza crust ferments for twenty hours before baking. Beer from Thousand Lakes Brewing rotates on tap. Wine club members receive quarterly shipments in August, November, February, and May, with options for three or six bottles per quarter.
