About Weingut Fürst
Michi Fürst and Martin Fürst lead the program in Langsur-Metzdorf in the Mosel, where Sauvignon Blanc, Elbling, Pinot Noir, and Riesling form the core of the portfolio. The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc and Sommerwein QbA sit alongside Alba Romana Elbling 2024 and Fleur de la Sûre Pinot Noir Rosé 2025. The house also produces Elbling Sekt b.A. brut, handgerüttelt and Fleur Pétillante brut. Grand Selection wines age in 500 liter Tonneau oak barrels. A Vinothek on site offers personal consultation and direct purchase. Sektfrühstück is offered in the vineyard, and the winery can accommodate up to 80 people plus a summer terrace for events. The Hoffest runs August 21-23, 2026, with live music, food, and hiking.
