Four generations deep in Oberbillig, near Trier in the southern Mosel, Otto Bamberg focuses on quality-focused vine-cutting, summer grape thinning, and manual harvesting. The portfolio spans Alte Reben Elbling, Grauer Burgunder, Pinot Blanc, Crémant, Blanc de Noir, Beerenauslese, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay Brut. The house offers two curated packages. Weinpaket Bamberg 1 gathers the 2019 Alte Reben Elbling, Grauer Burgunder, and Pinot Blanc with the 2018 Crémant. Weinpaket Bamberg 2 brings the 2019 Blanc de Noir, Beerenauslese, and Auxerrois alongside the 2018 Chardonnay Brut. A tasting room is available.
