About Olinger
Olinger sits in Iphofen-Hellmitzheim, in Franken, where the work centers on white varietals in a dry style. Silvaner, Burgunder, Riesling, Spätburgunder, and Muskateller form the portfolio, organized into three tiers. Lagenweine, Ortsweine, and Gutsweine each represent a different expression of place and practice.
Ecological farming shapes every decision. The house joined BIOLAND in 2020 and achieved organic certification beginning with the 2022 vintage. Vines up to 50 years old are tended by hand. Grapes are harvested 100 percent by hand. The tasting room welcomes visitors, who can tour the vineyard and sit with food.
