About

A cooperative founded in 1904 by 21 winegrowers, Bergsträßer Winzer now unites 322 member families tending approximately 224 hectares across the Hessische Bergstraße and Baden wine regions. The program spans both still wines and sparkling wines, with the portfolio refreshed twice yearly in November and April. VINIVERSUM Bergstraße, opened in 2014, features a wine shop and event spaces. The Erlebnispfad Wein & Stein is a 6.9-kilometer trail with 77 stations. Tastings accommodate closed groups of up to 60 people. The tasting room opens Monday through Saturday from 9 to 18, Sunday 10 to 16.
