Hanno Rothweiler leads Weingut Rothweiler in Bensheim-Auerbach, on the Hessische Bergstraße. The portfolio spans Gewürztraminer, Lemberger, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Syrah, and Ehrenfelser. Beyond still wines, the house produces Blanc de Noirs-Sekt from Lemberger and Merlot, Weißherbst vom Cabernet Sauvignon, Cuvée Surprise blending Pinot Blanc and Gelber Muskateller, and Rosanen, a Syrah Blush. The cellar also holds freetzig, an alcohol-free sparkling grape juice, and glühglück, a red mulled wine.
