Weingut Karl Erbes is a family-run Riesling winery established in 1967 in Ürzig on the Mosel, now operated by Stefan Erbes. The winery cultivates 5 hectares of 100% Riesling vines in premium vineyard locations including Ürziger Würzgarten and Erdener Treppchen, with some vines reaching 70-80 years old. The winery is renowned for selective hand-harvesting, traditional wooden barrel aging, and has received numerous high-profile awards including Robert Parker ratings averaging 95 points for their dessert wines.
