3100 Cellars

About

3100 Cellars established itself in Eagle in 2014 as Idaho's only dedicated sparkling wine house. Ten acres in the Eagle Foothills AVA, with vines planted in 2017, support the program. The house works primarily in Chardonnay, holding wines on average for three years before release. No membership fee gates the wine club, which moves through spring and fall release cycles. Idaho's first Live Certified Winery, the cellar has drawn attention from Food & Wine magazine.
