Six generations of Emmerich winemaking in Iphofen, Franken. Werner, Martin, Aneta, and Silvia shape the program across vineyards that receive approximately 1800 hours of sunshine annually. The cellar works with Silvaner, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller, Elbling, Gewürztraminer, and Scheurebe, the last planted across three sites and comprising 15% of production. At Seinsheimer Hohenbühl, ungrafted vines over 100 years old anchor the work. Spontaneous fermentation and oak aging define the house approach. Organic fertilization using estate compost grounds the practice. Guest rooms and motorhome parking accommodate visitors.
