About Zotovich Cellars

Zotovich Cellars is a family-owned operation in Lompoc, on the Central Coast, handcrafting wine from small, closely monitored lots. The program spans Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Viognier, Grenache, and Rosé. The ZOTO brand draws entirely from estate vineyard. The 2024 Chardonnay ages in neutral oak for six months, while the 2025 Estate Rosé, a hundred percent Grenache, rests in stainless steel for the same span. The 2023 Syrah can be cellared five to ten years. Tastings happen at the Sta. Rita Hills Wine Center.
