About Zoller-Saumwald
Elisabeth Saumwald and Peter Zoller work three Haiming vineyards, each with distinct character. Kirchenriese rises at a 40-degree slope. Magerbach and Steinfeld complete the portfolio. Grapes move directly to their house cellar, where the work centers on fine fruity-spicy aromatics. The program began in their garden with Chardonnay vines and has grown into something precise and focused. In 2026, the white wine earned Landessieger, State Champion. Tastings run 1.5 to 2 hours, bread included.
