About

James and Matthew run Wolfpack Cellars from their tasting room in White Center. James trained as a chef at Johnson & Wales and worked as an assistant winemaker at a local Seattle operation. Matthew grew up visiting Columbia Valley wineries with his parents and brings professional palate training from a career in coffee. The 2024 Kai Pinot Gris from Columbia Valley sits at 12.9% ABV. A Kai Rosé blends Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah at 13.6%. The Kai Sparkling Rosé uses Pinot Noir and méthode traditionnelle at 12.8%. The 2023 Kai Nebbiolo from Walluke Slope aged 28 months in neutral oak at 11.6%. The 2023 Frenchman Hills Syrah, 28 months in second-fill oak, reaches 14.7%. Two club tiers offer 12 or 24 bottles annually with discounts of 20% or 25% respectively. Shipping to Washington State addresses runs $30 per 6 bottles. Dogs are welcome.
