Winery Shatiri, established in 2018 by the Shatirishvili family, is based in Shroma village, Lagodekhi municipality, in Georgia's Kakheti region, with vineyards in Ninigori village. The estate farms 1.5 hectares of Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Kisi, and Mtsvivani, expanded in 2017 to include Akhmetis Tsiteli, Grdzelmtevana, Kakhuri Mtsvivani, and Shavi Rkatsiteli, and also sources Cabernet and Zhgia grapes externally.
