Chateau Bruale is a Georgian-French winery in the village of Tkhilistkaro, Kvareli Municipality, Kakheti, founded roughly a decade before 2019 when Georgian farmer Alex Motserelia partnered with Frenchman Bruno Giroud. Its wines are made exclusively in qvevri, the traditional Georgian vinification method, from 8 hectares of vines planted mainly to Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane and Saperavi. The estate's complex includes both a winery and a small hotel for guests.
