About Wilhelm Winery
Wilhelm Winery in Hadley produces a portfolio of fruit wines and native grapes. Wilhelm Red draws from Concord, while Deer Creek White uses Niagara and Breann's Hope employs Brianna. The house also works in Cranberry Splash (100% cranberry), Peach (100% peach), and Rustic Redberry, a blend of Concord and cranberry. White Essence, an asti-style sparkling wine, arrives seasonally in very limited quantities. A portion of Breann's Hope sales supports a local cancer center in Meadville. Wilhelm operates an Antique Wine Making Museum and supplies home winemakers with materials and basic lab work. Fresh winemaking juice is available September 15th through November 15th. The program reaches 14 state stores.
