Wild Wines in Jacksonville makes flower, fruit, and berry wines from seasonally harvested ingredients in small batches. The program follows traditional methods and folk recipes, hand-picking and ethically harvesting herbs at the peak of their medicinal potency. The portfolio includes Marionberry, Dandelion, Lindenflower, Rosehip, Peach, Blueberry, Ginger, Elderberry, Blackberry, Aronia Berry, and Oregon Grape wines, each made without sulfites or preservatives. A tasting room is available. The Wine Club offers four membership levels, from $80 to $238 annually, with benefits including discounts on purchases, complimentary tastings for members and guests, and access to limited production wines.
