Whistling Eagle Vineyard is situated in the northern Heathcote wine-growing region, perched on the Greenstone Range above Colbinabbin, Victoria. Founded by Ian and Lynn Rathjen, the winery produces outstanding wines that reflect balance between viticulture and environment, with a focus on the ancient Cambrian Earth terroir. Since winemaker Ian Rathjen's first vintage of shiraz in 1997, the vineyard has earned a reputation for fruit grown to textbook perfection with supple, generous, and distinctive wines.
