They're carrying on a legacy that goes back to 1895, when Romeo Bragato first recognized this cool climate region's special potential for growing grapes.

Whistling Buoy was established in 2000, giving the estate 26 years to develop its wine program and farming practices.
The winemaking at Whistling Buoy is led by Dom Maxwell, Chris Pattinson. Visiting during special events or release weekends is often the best chance to meet the winemaking team and ask questions about specific vintages or techniques.
