About Whisper Vineyards
Whisper Vineyards in Peconic grows from deep family farming roots reaching back to 1945. Steve and Laura Gallagher and Barbara Perrotta established the winery in 2004, continuing a lineage Stephen Gallagher joined in 1986. The program centers on hand-harvested, sustainably farmed grapes yielding Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Noir. The tasting room opens to both indoor and outdoor seating, with pets welcome outside. Private events and catering anchor the house's hospitality.
