About Weninger
Franz Reinhard Weninger and Petra Gratzer-Weninger shape the program in Horitschon, in Austria's Mittelburgenland. The work centers on Blaufrankisch across six named vineyard sites. Hochäcker, Kirchholz, Kalkofen, Dürrau, Saybritz, and Steiner each contribute to the house portfolio. Tastings and cellar visits require reservation. Vineyard tours are available. The tasting room partners with Hanzls Dorfgreißler, open Tuesday through Thursday 7 am to 2 pm, Friday 7 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7 am to noon. Food is served at the winery.
