The Sauvignon Blanc 2025 comes from the Golser Plateau's cool microclimate, vinified fresh and fruity in stainless steel. Chardonnay ages in large wooden barrels on fine lees, as do the reds. The house reserves exclusive access to limited wines for registered customers.
