Voux Wines, founded in 2018, sits in the center of Temecula Valley Wine Country with a vision to create one of Temecula Valley's first fully organic, farm-to-table wines. The program uses organic post-harvest foliar fertilizer application and state-of-the-art fermentation vessels. Wines are aged in 100% new French oak for a minimum of 12-24 months and made with no additives. Open Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment only.
