Vinovate opened in 2023 on Worden Hill Road in the Dundee Hills as a custom crush facility. Founded by Rob Townsend, Pam Turner, Scott Baldwin, and Bryan Weil, the operation features a state-of-the-art facility custom-designed to service high-end, small-lot dedicated brands. The program handles grape-to-bottle services for both still and sparkling wines, with Bryan Weil as winemaker.
