Ambar Estate sits in the Dundee Hills, where Jory volcanic clay composes the vineyard. The first Regenerative Organic Certified vineyard in the Willamette Valley, the work here employs hand sorting, native fermentation, minimal intervention, and barrel fermentations. Estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay anchor the portfolio, with Rosé of Pinot Noir and sparkling wines planned ahead. Limited-release wines are allocated exclusively to Ambar Circle members. The tasting room opens Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30am to 4pm.
