About Vinemark Cellars
Vinemark Cellars sources fruit from six SIP Certified sustainable vineyards across Paso Robles and beyond. The portfolio spans eleven varietals, from Viognier and Albariño to Syrah and Petite Sirah, each anchored to its vineyard of origin. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum earned 94 points from James Suckling. The 2023 Petite Sirah scored 92 points. The tasting room opens daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., where Chef Nicola Allegretta's seasonal Italian-inspired menu is served Wednesday through Sunday. Wine orders ship every Monday and Tuesday.
