Michael Sandahl, owner and winemaker, produces small-batch wines from Moorpark, drawing fruit from vineyards across California. La Presa in Santa Ynez supplies Viognier. Lopez Vineyard in Cucamonga Valley, planted in 1918 and never irrigated, yields Old Vine Zinfandel. The flagship, Ceremony Merlot, comes from Santa Rosa Valley fruit farmed by Sandahl himself. One to four barrels per varietal define the program. The Mediterranean-inspired tasting room in Moorpark anchors the work.
