Viñedos Alonso del Yerro began in 2002 in Anguix, Ribera del Duero, founded by parents who used their children's surnames as the emblem of their vision. The program centers on Tempranillo and Tinta de Toro. Alonso del Yerro itself combines the character and complexity of Tempranillo with freshness and concentration. María draws from two parcels, Violeta and El Circo. Paydos, made from Tinta de Toro, is grown in parcels with clay-limestone and granitic soils.
