About Bouché Père & Fils
Abel Bouché planted one hectare in 1920 and founded the house. Pierre took over in 1945, marking barrels with a crowned B monogram that would become the signature of the cellar. By 1960, the family had moved to 10 rue du Général de Gaulle in Pierry. José and Astrid Bouché arrived in the 1970s and expanded the vineyard to 30 hectares. Nicolas Bouché, an agronomist and oenologist, became Cellar Master in 2010. The champagnes are complex and aromatic, subtly wooded.
