Viña Tarapacá works across Fundo Rosario Estate, a sprawling vineyard of over 2,000 hectares in Maipo Valley. Sebastián Ruiz is head winemaker, drawing Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmenère from the land. The house has committed to a seven-year biodiversity master plan, featuring a biological corridor through the estate for insects, birds, and wildlife. The 2003 Chardonnay carries forward pear and butter, butter dominant. The portfolio includes Etiqueta Negra Gran Reserva and Etiqueta Azul Gran Reserva.
