VinRoc is a boutique winery located on the eastern slope of Atlas Peak in Napa Valley, featuring a rock-hewn wine cave with ideal storage conditions. The winery produces small-yield, highly concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon from their petit vineyard, with each ton fermented and barreled separately for two years in French oak.
