About Villa Le Prata

Villa Le Prata sits above 500 meters in Tuscany, working less than three hectares of vineyard. The program centers on Tirso, a 100% Sangiovese classified as Tuscany IGT. Whole-cluster grapes ferment spontaneously, then spend 15 to 20 days in semi-carbonic maceration before aging in stainless steel. No sulfites are added. The wine is organic. Arianna Papini, a Florentine artist, designs the label. The property, known as Bishop's Residence, holds the Michelin Key.
