Via Cangiamilla Vineyards

About

Mike Cangiamilla established Via Cangiamilla in Lyle in 2014, focusing on Piedmont Italian varieties. The estate vineyard grows Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Barbera. Two miles west, the Arbor vineyard produces Cinsault, Mourvedre, and Counoise. Additional fruit comes from Phelps Creek and Scott Road vineyards in Odell on the Oregon side, plus Davidson Hill vineyard in Hood River for Pinot Noir and Riesling. All wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in the Columbia Gorge AVA. The tasting room offers outdoor seating and a picnic area.
