About

Villa el Perchel sits between Huacalera and Tilcara in Jujuy province, within the Quebrada de Humahuaca. Viñas del Perchel's vineyards are at more than 2,625 meters above sea level. The winery pioneered fine wine varieties in this region. Manual harvest at precise ripeness defines the practice. Native plants coexist in the vineyard without removal. Limited-batch production and a tasting room anchor the work here.
