About Urbanistubn Fallbacher
Urbanistubn Fallbacher opened in Freundorf in 1998 as a conventional operation, then transformed into Austria's first certified organic wine tavern in October 2020. Pork and pork products served come entirely from their own farm. The agriculture is organically certified. Since 2011, a photovoltaic system has powered the house. In 2023, oil boilers gave way to wood chip heating. A battery storage system arrived in 2025. The program accommodates private catering for groups starting around 35 people.
