About Thyri

Anita and Michael work eight hectares across Stetteldorf and surrounding villages in Wagram, drawing from soils that name the wines themselves. Kalk, Schotter, Sandstein. The program spans Grüner Veltliner, Gemischter Satz, Riesling, Weissburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, Rosé, Rösler, and Merlot. Blumenwiese Pet Nat Rosé marries two-thirds Merlot with one-third Rösler at 11.5 percent alcohol. Tastings run Thursday and Friday from 16:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. Vineyard walks, capped at twenty, pair the vineyards with regional food and wine, by appointment only.

Tasting Experiences

Weinverkostung (Wine Tasting)

Exclusive wine tasting led by winemakers Anita or Michael in a personal atmosphere, featuring wines from the Wagram region with information about the region's characteristics and winemaking art.

Riedenwanderung (Vineyard Walk)

Guided walk through the picturesque Wagram vineyards with information about vine history and care, exclusive wine tasting in the vineyard, and a regional food pairing (Jause) to conclude. Maximum group size 20 people, by appointment only.

Ausgsteckt (Wine Tavern)

Open August 11-23, 2026, Tuesday to Sunday from 4:00 PM, offering casual wine and food experience.
